Hot meals through the One Ilocos Sur Mobile Kitchen, free check-up and medicine were provided by the Provincial Government of Ilocos Sur to the families temporarily staying in evacuation centers in San Vicente and Vigan City, Ilocos Sur this 18 November 2024. § Governor Jerry Singson represented by Mr. Jester Singson and PDRRM Officer Rhon Arquelada led the distribution.
