PNP: Possible that Harry Roque already left Philippines
Acknowledging that his departure was indeed a "possibility," the Philippine National Police (PNP) on Wednesday said it was confirming with relevant government agencies if former presidential spokesperson Harry Roque has already left the Philippines amid an order for his arrest from the House of Representatives.
